St Philips Branding

A complete rebrand for the land promotion and development company. The name was taken from St Philips church located opposite the company offices, which also provided the inspiration for the brand itself, using the footprint of the church grounds to create the brand logotype which resembles a development masterplan. Other key features of the church, including the William Morris produced stain glass windows and building material, influenced the colour scheme chosen to represent the different parts of the St Philips Group brand.
